Pre-Orders

  • Production may take 4–8 weeks before shipment.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules or high demand.

  • Orders containing pre-order items may ship once all items are ready.

Shipping

In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Pre-order items require extended production time as outlined above.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, demand volume, or external factors outside of our control.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to limited production runs, all sales are final.

We only replace items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact help@kuroinny.com within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and clear photos.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase on this website, you agree to contact us directly at help@kuroinny.com to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to submit the following documentation to dispute any chargeback:
