We stand behind the quality of our garments but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Start a Return

Email help@kuroinny.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

We offer full refunds on approved returns once the item is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

Return Guidelines

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Custom or limited-edition pieces may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Each piece represents our standard of craftsmanship — please handle and return items with the same care they were created with.
